Our Team
Sean De Burgh
Founder
Sean is the founder of DeBurgh Law, servicing clients throughout California. He has significant experience in a broad range of trust and estate matters, including living trusts and wills; powers of attorney and advance health care directives; trust administration; probate; trust and probate litigation.
As a litigator, he has also served as outside litigation counsel for school districts, universities, counties, cities, and special districts throughout the state. Sean has considerable experience with cases involving employment/labor (management side), premises liability, police defense, sexual abuse, and general liability issues.
In his spare time, he enjoys coaching his children’s youth soccer and basketball teams.

Tanya Willis
Attorney
Tanya is a proud resident of the Inland Empire and has worked in the local legal community for nearly 30 years. She started as a file clerk, worked her way up to legal secretary, and then pursued her law degree while working as a paralegal. Tanya previously served as Staff Counsel for three major insurance companies.
With her estate planning practice, Tanya’s mission is to help families choose the correct options for maintaining and managing assets in the event of incapacity or passing on property to loved ones after death. Tanya also represents Executors in Probate Court in order to inventory assets, prepare and file petitions, facilitate asset transfers, and prosecute and defend against will contests.
Tanya is experienced in all phases of litigation including discovery, law and motion, mediation, arbitration, and trials, and appears regularly before judges throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.

AmyAnn Taylor
Attorney
AmyAnn has worked as an attorney for nearly 20 years. She started as in-house General Counsel for a large corporation and government, where she witnessed the tragic effects of two co-workers who died without estate planning. This experience motivated her to help families, especially those with young children, create their estate plans. She has initiated programs like two Legal Self-Help Clinics to support under-represented individuals in developing their estate plans.
AmyAnn is a Certified Fraud Examiner and regularly conducts investigations related to employment and elder abuse. She is a training consultant with KOSO Strategies and was an Employment Law instructor at Falmouth Institute.
In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, volunteering at her church, reading, sports of all kinds, and improving her photography skills.

Cheyenne Hamilton
Legal Assistant
Cheyenne “Shy” is a legal assistant and notary public, serving many of our Southern California clients. Cheyenne earned her Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from Irvine Valley College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies at the University of La Verne.
In her free time, Cheyenne spends her days exploring her creative side in multimedia art and singing. Cheyenne aspires to become a lawyer and to travel abroad.

Ela is a driven and detail-oriented professional with a diverse business background. Currently pursuing a law degree, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as a paralegal, seamlessly blending legal expertise with practical insight gained from the business sector.
With her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Ela has a solid foundation that serves as a valuable asset in navigating the complexities of estate planning and probate matters. Her previous tenure in the banking industry has honed her analytical skills and instilled a deep understanding of fiduciary responsibilities, enhancing her ability to assist clients in planning for the future.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. She approaches each case with empathy and understanding, recognizing the sensitive nature of estate planning and probate issues. She values integrity, excellence, and innovation while continuously learning and improving her skills and knowledge.
Mikaela Saddi
Legal Assistant
Mikaela is a dedicated legal assistant with a diverse set of passions. Holding a degree in Journalism from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and a certification in Paralegal Studies from UCLA Extension, she brings a unique blend of communication skills and client-oriented experience to her legal role.
Mikaela is on the front line and she assists in managing the experience of our Southern California estate planning clients from the start of their case to closure. As a second-generation immigrant, she understands the value of securing a family’s legacy for posterity. She is also a commissioned Notary Public.
In her leisure time, Mikaela transitions from legal matters to culinary pursuits, enjoying the art of whipping up delectable creations in the kitchen. Her heart finds joy in quality moments with her two darling boys and her better half.
